2010 been a short year for me with lots of happiness filled up and little bit of sorrows, since my happiness were more it overtook it.
The last day of this year has been my last date at Aspire (My first and foremost company). Lots and lots of learning from aspire, both positives and negatives. Its here were I came to know that I have little amount of talent in me.
Its here is where I started to mingle with people and got lots of wonderful friends.
I have started this New Year with a change of my career, awaiting lots of changes in the upcoming months of 2011.

HAPPY NEW YEAR
Hai friends I would like to share with you the trip that I went with my office frnds. It was Oct 1 when we started for the trip by Nellai Express. I was introduced to everyone by Senthil Sir to other 14 members in the train. Other than Divya I was not close to anyone. As we entered my home town We had a bath in the river and had breakfast at 12 then we started our journey to manjolai in van. The path was filled with hairpin bends the higher we went the climate started changing and at the time we reached the cottage were we had to stay it was freezing with moderate rain fall.

The place which we went was filled by Tea leaves all around. Wherever you see you can see Tea Leave, High Trees, Water streams /fall, Mountain and Mist filled with fresh air.
The Sad point of the Trip was the organizer of the Trip got fever on the first day itself :( . The First place we went was a tower; we can view many of the rivers and Dams around the nearby area. At this place we were all shivering as the wind was blowing in its high speed.

There was a beautiful Golf ground, were we all played football, It was drizzling and wind was blowing hard literally we were shivering even then we played there it was wonderful spot to play and spend time.

The main highlight of the trip was Vijay Narayanan Son. Me and Vijay have one thing in common we both love our father very much. He never moved out of his father,was always with his father.

On the whole the trip was nice and a different experience for me, I think the trip was nice for others too. The credit goes to my dad for arranging such a organised and well planned trip.

The hot topic discussed every where in world is about economy. From top level of people to people below the line of poverty faces the crisis of economy. We come across of a cost cutting in all IT companies as their budget has been cut in half this year. Now it is time for Marketing and sales department to take their responsibility on their shoulders to help in pipeline even thou it is under forced pressure. The beauty of the situation is we are positioned to be a hero :) creating more sales opportunities, gaining market share and fortifying your brand in the most challenging of times.
Speaking of work, it is time to make up for lost impressions on the ad front with public relations. We should add articles, white papers, viral videos, case studies, blog, testimonials and the list goes on. Using these PR rate gets increased. According to a survey more than 120 million people watch online video in Oct 2008 that too 65 % during work hours.
Even if our buyers have less money we marketers should work as business keeps on moving even when going gets tough. All our activity online cost a little bit more but it is effective it is done right. It seems tough but for securing our self as hero that leads the way through a tough economy.
