My Dad

I love my dad very very much. I have got a wonderful dad; he loves me a lot and me too :). Anything i ask to him, he gets me. I have no words to explain his love for me. Till i finished my college days my world was only amutha and sundar. I use to hear lot of bed time stories before going to sleep from my dad. I have the habit to wait for my dad till he comes home as he comes at 10.30 then i will serve him food and we both see TV and talk for a while and go for sleep. He is the person who getups early in the morning and wake me up with a cup of coffee but after some time or an hour he will say me it is not good to have coffee without brushing the teeth :). I love my dads driving, he drives soooo fast and i won’t allow my mom or sister to sit in the seat next to him, it will be me who always sits next to him. He has great passion towards cars and bikes, he has drived most of the cars. He has changed 3 bikes last year alone. I love going shopping with my dad as he gets me everything which i point out. My dad gets scolding from my mom mostly because of me since we both see cricket match even if i have my semester exams.


The fight between my mom and dad mainly comes if I get fever or cold, since it will be my dad who gets me big box of ice creams. When I get fever or headache it will be my dad who sits near me and apply pain balm for me as I get severe head often, my mom won’t come near me since she will start crying seeing me. Most of my dads frnd don’t know his name as sundar most of them call him asha or ashasundar as his business is in my name. It is my dad who selects most of my dress and it suits me very well. Till my college day i use to get up at 7 and even if i ask my dad to wake me up early he wont, but he scold me later by telling girl should get up early in morning.

My dad is 54 but he will be so handsome and active with his business. It is me who changed his life. To say it is because of me he missed out good opportunities. He was in Saudi as i born he came to India in 1984.Then he got job in port trust that too he didn’t join as i cried not to go and asked him to be with me but fate I have left him and came to Chennai. Sundar is known for mercury anger but very very affectionate person. He help anyone if they ask for help to him such a kind hearted person. My dad and mom calls me asha amma . My Dad is my all time hero.

Pain of loneliness

We all at some point of time must have experienced the feeling of loneliness. It is most horrible thing and it has the ability to change ones character too when years of life becomes lonely, The most horrible poverty is loneliness and when we truly realize that we are all alone is when we need other the most. I would like to list out the symptoms of habits which comes during loneliness
1.Like to be asleep always
2.Loves to Cry a lot
3.Imagine things in negative ways
4.Heart full of fear for no reason
5.Sitting in dark place/room
6.Loss of self control
7.Imagine wrong things as right ones
8.Losses the habit of smiling
9.Kill the time by working for hours and hours

So if you are a person with these symptoms stop ourselves at this point and change urself. Go and live with ur parents, Go out with ur frnd and spend time with them to relax urself,speak out to ur loved ones. since it is not good for a person to be alone :(

There are sometime when loneliness become pleasant but not always. I felt the pain of loneliness after coming a long distance away from my parents and my frnds. Even thou i love being alone it has become horrible for me for past 1 year since my life is running alone. It is only because of my colleagues and my room mate sree I am able to withstand myself to an extend. The only thing which I developed in being alone is to get bus to come for office and go out for shopping all of my own. When ur life seems to ruin with loneliness plz go home and be with ur parents else marry soon :). This is mainly for person who doesn’t mingle with others. I wish no one feels the pain of loneliness.

Leadership

Leadership is a word which always influences all of us, but it has a great part of responsibilities and duties with truthness. As it is the process of influencing a group of people to achieve the desired goal/result.
 There are different leadership styles but it is democratic and autocratic sytle which                   attracted me a lot.




When it is autocratic style of leadership the leader takes all decision and it is imposed on the employees. Even thou this style is not to be used mostly but can be used wisely. It is the powerful style of leadership and it is the style which i admire a lot since any one cant take up this choice of leadership in hand even thou democratic style of leadership is a preferable one.

 Democratic style is a mostly the best choice of leadership but at sometime it doesnt gets worked out.

 A good leader uses all them leadership  styles, depending on the followers, the leader, and the situation.

When we work for our satisfaction with loyalty then we are also the leaders.
